We are hiring Consultants(the) to work on our training projects

We start today, 14/03, the service contracting process for the execution of technical and managerial training activities with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and social protagonism of rural youth, as well as support in the improvement of pedagogical instruments, preparation of technical reports and service to the benefited public.

In addition to performing the operational functions of training with young people, it is expected that the Consultants(the) contractors also act in the proposition of innovative solutions focused on the capacity development of young people and farmers, implementation of social technologies and promotion of community collaborative arrangements. We believe that the capacity building of beneficiaries in the construction of their life projects is paramount to the promotion of local development.

We seek professionals with training in the areas of social sciences, human and/or interdisciplinary. With experience in: conducting short courses, Workshops, and/or other collective training activities, using the methodology of the cooperative approach; provision of collective and individual advisory services with a focus on entrepreneurship, local development and sustainability; working with rural development projects, family farming and socio-environmental impact; e, systematization, knowledge management and technical publications, analysis and preparation of pedagogical materials and writing of technical reports.
