Open registration for the Rural young entrepreneur Program

From today, 13/12, as inscrições para o nosso Rural Young Entrepreneur Program (PJER) with exclusive focus on the municipality of São Gonçalo do Amarante/CE, are open. Interested young people, aged 18 e 32 years, who have completed high school and reside in the municipality, can sign up until the day 20 of December.

Thirty (30) young people will be selected and will receive support to undertake and implement their socio-productive inclusion project in their communities. They will participate, initially, do Protagonism and Entrepreneurship course on Business and Socio-Environmental Impact. Registration and the course are Free and the training will be carried out in the municipality of São Gonçalo do Amarante/CE, with the start of activities scheduled for January 2022.

The formative process will take place in person and will follow all health and safety recommendations in the face of the pandemic context. The meetings will always be held in airy places, structures that ensure the necessary distancing to maintain the safety of all persons involved in the.

Protagonism and Entrepreneurship course on Business and Socio-Environmental Impact

The Protagonism and Business Entrepreneurship and Socioenvironmental Impact Course gathers information and tools that will assist young people in the development of their business projects, both with economic or social purposes.

After the course and with the Business Project at hand, young people can access financial resources in the Footpaths background, microcredit strategy developed by Adel. This class has the support of the CMDCA (Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents) Of São Gonçalo do Amarante/CE and the Association of Families of Pecém (ASFAP, New Year).

The Project also provides for the stimulus for the creation and development of local productive arrangements (APLs) young people from rural communities, in order to insert its enterprises and activities into value chains in the region.

The Rural Young Entrepreneur Program (PJER)

The Rural Young Entrepreneur Program (PJER) creates opportunities for the development of enterprises by young entrepreneurs through an integrated approach. Since 2009, enables adolescents and young people aged between 14 e 32 years access to knowledge, oriented credit, networks and technologies, strategies considered appropriate by Adel for its performance in rural communities.

The PJER is a social technology created and developed by Adel that has already benefited about 3000 young entrepreneurs. Most of these young people remain in their communities. For ten years being applied in Ceará, in 2019 the Program consolidated its expansion process for the Amazon and this year will also be held in two public educational institutions in Rio Grande do Norte.
