Patrícia Rocha da Silva, 27 years, a native of São Gonçalo do Amarante/Ceará, daughter of mason and farmer Joaquim Lima and housewife Selma da Rocha, learned early the value of work.

At fourteen, only with the full key, she began to provide domestic services in community family homes to help the family. Even with the father working as a Mason to supplement his income, she tells that, at the time, there weren't many demands, because most of the houses were mud and clay. For five years, Patricia devoted herself to the work and helping her mother in the domestic activities. Without high expectations given the reality that lived, He met Antony Adelmo Araújo, 26 years, with whom he had two children, Tamia Émile and Ector Brayam, and decided to live in the community of São Luís do Curu, where they live to this day. With the children still small, Patricia went on to take care of the children and the home. Adelmo began helping his brother in a small workshop in the restoration of gates and metal materials, feeding a desire to have, in the future, a small business.

Financial difficulties delay the realization of the dream shared by couple. One day, the way to school the children, Patricia heard the course held by Young Rural Entrepreneur Program (PJER) the Adel and did not hesitate to get information and make your inscription. Immediately, She saw that the PJER was an opportunity to invest in your family's dream.

In 2014, she participated in the Entrepreneurship and Business Management Course of the PJER and, After forming, accessed a credit line from the bottom Paths, a strategy of Adel to support the opening and development of young rural entrepreneurs projects, and invested in a metallurgical workshop with the mate.

They created Metal do Vale in 2015, that works at a commercial leased point in São Luís do Curu. According To Patricia, every day service demands arise, and Adelmo's experience, together with their management knowledge, strengthens the enterprise. With this dream come true, Patricia wants to follow new steps, the first is to go back to school, complete basic education and technical training in the area.
